Workflow - Agent Assignment Broken in SF7 (Training)

1. I set up JV Workflow Approvers in SF7 - Training
2. I ran the Buffer Refresh SWU_OBUF
3. Workflow went into error (no valid agent found):
   
   
   
4. I checked the agent determination rule resolution by calling the test facility in the agent determination rule definition tool (PFAC_DIS):
   
   
   
   
   
5. The problem was caused many months ago when I made a change to workflow and the "General Task" agent assignment wasn't transported. (see saga)
6. The fix...
7. I need to remember when I change a workflow task and the "General Task" agent assignment is not transported, I need to go into ALL environments and manually fix the problem!

The Environments that need to be updated and might be forgotten:

1. SF3 (staging)
2. SF6 (EDU - practise and backup training)
3. SF7 (Training)
4. SF8 (Prototype)
5. And someday the HR test platforms
